The QuikClot line of products is a bleeding control solution that addresses different bleeding scenarios, which can take extra time, potentially leading to a longer time to manage the patient through the continuum of care in both the ICU and the ED.
With the same placement techniques as standard gauze, you can easily apply the entire line of QuikClot products to various recommended use bleeding scenarios.
Indicated as a topical dressing for the local management of bleeding wounds such as cuts, lacerations, and abrasions. It may also be used for temporary treatment of severely bleeding wounds such as surgical wounds (operative, postoperative, dermatological, etc.) and traumatic injuries.
